Wed 24th July was an incredibly hot , busy and intense day reflected in the19 miles I walked : Accreditation management, Insights into Olympic Physiotherapy, NGR Kit management, Chauffeur, Theatre Goer, Scouse football fan , late night radio chat host - all in a Games Making day.
